This is perfect for applications where you have a community gate and home garage door opener both using Delta3 radio receivers. This unit is compatible with your existing Linear Delta3 remote control. The DC-DT2 features updated styling and a much easier to program front access panel then the OEM version of the remote-control. Programming is a snap just match the dip switches to your existing remote or receiver.
