PAYMENT
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bank Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks.
SALES TAX
Door Openers and More is a Michigan based company meaning we must collect the 6% Michigan sales tax on any orders that are shipped to a Michigan business or residential address. Currently, sales outside of Michigan do not require sales tax. For Michigan entities that are tax exempt please contact us prior to purchase to submit your exemption certificate, which can be found here.
SHIPPING
Once your payment is received your item will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Should your item be out of stock or is special order you will receive an e-mail from us with a target date for your item to be shipped out. Most orders are shipped through the United States Postal Services, but we do reserve the right to ship the order with similar carriers and may send orders in several shipments if necessary.
Return Policy (Updated 3/30/15)
To return an order you must receive an RMA, please contact us HERE to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). No return will be accepted without an RMA being issued. Purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days. We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery. Item(s) MUST be returned in their original shipped condition and include all related parts, factory packaging and instructions. All returned orders are assessed a 10% return fee, this fee does not apply to exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items returned incomplete are subject to additional fees to replace or repack components (IE: batteries, visor clips, instructions, etc.). Items returned damaged, used, or non-resalable condition will not be refunded. A copy of your sale receipt and or packing slip and RMA should be included with your return.
WARRANTY
All items sold by Door Openers and More are new and come with a full manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise noted in the item description. The product warranty may vary depending on the manufacturer but is typically one-year from date of purchase. We will repair or replace any product sold by Door Openers and More, which proves to be defective according to the manufacturer's warranty within 30-days upon your receipt of the item. After the 30-day period you may need to return the item to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. The consumer is responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning the product for repair or replacement. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover any product or part, which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, modification, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any product which is used for any purposes other than for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product information literature.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Door Openers and More will guarantee that you are fully satisfied with your purchase within 30-days of receipt. If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us along with a copy of your invoice and shipping charges prepaid for an exchange, or full refund of your purchase price less shipping. Returns must be made within the 30-day period and must be in original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories and instructions included with return shipping prepaid. Refunds of the purchase price will be made within 7-days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
