This Linear MCS105015 is a garage door opener remote control transmitter will control one Stanley 310 MHz garage or gate opener. The unit is a snap to program just set the 10 dip switches inside the unit to match your existing remote or receiver. Compatible with all Stanley remotes made from 1982-1997
