The Linear model 1090 / 1090-20 has been discontinued and is now replaced by the Digi-Code 5100 garage door opener radio receiver. Both units offer a Single Channel Radio Receiver that is designed for use in residential garage door operator applications. This unit is perfect for retro fit applications where your remotes aren’t working like they once did, but overall, the opener still works great.  Installation in most applications is a simple process, just mount the 1090 to the 3 screw terminals on the back of your opener.  Once the receiver is mounted simply set the 10 on/off switches to match your compatible 300 MHz remote control and you’re ready to go.
Please note: If your opener has 2 or 4 terminals you will want to add the 3 Tab to 2 Terminal Adapter to your order as in many cases the unit will not work without it in these applications.
The Model 1090 garage door opener radio receiver is compatible with 300 MHz Multi-Code type transmitters that have 10 ON/OFF dip switches. See also our MultiCode receiver and dual remote set.
