This Multi-Code 1092-01 receiver adapter allows you to use any 3 tab radio receiver with an older opener that has either 2 of 4 terminals on the actual door opener. The harness includes a pre-wired 3-position terminal block, 24 VAC power transformer with 25-foot leads, and a 2-wire/2-terminal lead to connect to the operator’s pushbutton terminals.
