Allstar or as they used to be knows as Allister has been producing remote control products for a number of years.  They offer products in 2 primary radio frequencies 288 MHz and the more commonly used 318 MHz.  Additionally their receivers were available in both binary aka on/off labeled dip switches or trinary aka +/0/- labeled dip switch positions.  All of their newer products are labeled as MVP but many of the older products still work great with the newer receivers and keypads.
