I had originally purchased the wrong opener. The color of the smart button on my opener had faded, and I wasn’t aware of any color coding. My first choice seemed to match up with item number from my opener manual, but that one was purple and I needed yellow. I called Door Openers and More, and the gentleman knew my issue right away and had the correct remote sent out. A simple return/exchange, and the replacement linked up in mere seconds. It’s nice having good experiences with people knowledgeable of their products. I’m a very grateful and satisfied customer.
