In order to better assist you before, during, and after your purchase we have compiled this list of questions that are more commonly asked.  In order to expidite you answer these FAQ's have been broken down into the following areas:

Q: Are the units you sell new?
A:  Yes everything listed on this site is new and in the original manufacturers packaging

Q: Do I need to purchase a battery for my remote?
A:  No, every unit we sell includes a brand new battery

Q: Do you offer any sort of warranty on the unit?
A:  Yes, we offer the manufactuers warranty on all units.  This can range from 90 days to 2 years depending on the manufacturer.  In most cases any warranty claims need to be made thought he dealer you purchased the unit from (thats us)

 

PAYMENTS

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A:  Yes, yes we take data security very seriously, which is why you'll notice on all of our checkout pages the green lock and the web address starting with https://....  This ensures that your information is being securly procesed.

Q:  I'm in Canada are your prices listed in US or Canadian funds?
A: All prices listed on the site are in US Dollars

Q: Can I send a check or money order for my order?
A:  Yes, when checking our simply select the Check/Money Order option.  At that time you'll be provided the mailing address to send your payment, and once that payment arrives we will let you know and send the tracking number for your shipment

Q: Do you accept purchase orders or credit terms?
A:  Yes, for commerical accounts or governmental agencies we can set up credit terms.  It is company policy for the first order to be prepaid, but for subsequent orders we can offer customers credit terms once we have a credit application on file.

 

SHIPPING

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A:  95% of orders will be shipped by the USPS via First Class or Priority Mail, in a padded bubble mailer.  Larger orders will be shipped by USPS through their Ground service.

Q: Will I get a tracking number when my order is shipped?
A:  Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking and or delivery confirmation so you will receive an email with this information 24-48 hours after your order is placed

Q: Can I provide my UPS or FEDEX account number for shipment?
A:  Yex, you can call us and provide your shipping information, we do charge a $5 handling fee for this service as we will need to drive the package to the local drop off point

Q: Do you offer Next Day, 2nd Day, or Saturday Delivery?
A:  Yes, please call the office at 888.830.6006 to obtain a rate quote

Q: Do you ship to Canada
A: Yes we ship to Canada all the time. The shipping time from initial shipment to deliver is between 8-14 days due to customs process. Orders shipped to Canada are sent via Canada Post through the USPS.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What if the unit doesn't work on my opener?
A:  In many cases there is a simple explaination for this, either there was an issue with progamming, the wrong unit was selected, and on accasion the unit is defective.  In any of these cases we will gladly work with you to determine the issue, and if necessary exchange the unit for the correct unit or provide a replacement in the event of a defective unit.

Q: Can I return my order?
A:  Yes, any order is returnable within 30 days or receipt of the unit.  You can see our full return policy, for more specific details.
